Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is a kind of nitrile rubber, in which part of double chains are removed after hydrogenation. After hydrogenation, its temperature resistance and weather resistance are much higher than that of ordinary nitrile rubber, and its oil resistance is similar to that of ordinary nitrile rubber. Generally, the temperature range is - 25 ~ 150 ℃.
Advantage:
Better wear resistance than NBR
Excellent corrosion resistance, tensile resistance, tear resistance and compression deflection
Good resistance to ozone, sunlight and other atmospheric conditions
Generally, it is applicable to the detergent for washing clothes or dishes
Disadvantages:
It is not recommended to use in alcohol, ester or aromatic solution.
Application fields:
Air conditioning and refrigeration industry, widely used in environmental refrigerant R134a system seals.
Automobile engine system seal.
